  • Does it cost money for an estimate?

    We're pleased to offer complimentary estimates for all tree and landscaping services. There's no charge for this initial assessment of your project needs.
  • How long does it take to receive an estimate?

    Typically, you can expect to receive an estimate within 2-3 business days for standard tree work. However, during severe weather events when our teams are responding to emergencies, there may be a delay. In such cases, we kindly request that you leave a detailed message, and we'll respond as promptly as possible.
  • How many days after approval does it take for the crew to come out?

    After you approve and return the signed estimate via email or fax, and submit any required deposit, our scheduling team will contact you within 1-3 business days to arrange your appointment. Weather permitting, we'll arrive at the scheduled time to begin work. Should weather conditions interfere, we'll promptly contact you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
  • Are you licensed & insured?

    Yes, our company is fully licensed and insured. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request. For commercial projects, we can add your company as an additional insured party if required.
  • Do you haul all wood & debris?

    We ensure thorough clean-up after every project. Unless instructed otherwise, we chip all brush, remove wood and lawn waste, and leave your property in its original condition. If you prefer to keep the wood, we're happy to accommodate your request. Please let us know your preference.
